The hotel stands out fotlr its excellent location, being right next to the ferry terminal makes travel incredibly convenient, and having a shopping mall opposite is a huge plus for dining and last minute shopping needs. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful which really enhances the overall experience. A great choice for convenience and service.

The only downside is that there is no direct sheltered walkway from the ferry terminal to the hotel which can be inconvenient, especially in bad weather.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very polite and always ready to help. The location is perfect, close to Batam ferry terminal, shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.😊
