Just wifi at first there having problems .But it was resolved.

As they say, "location, location, location". A short 5 minute walk from the international ferry terminal and just a little further walk to the shopping mall across the road. Whilst the decore is looking a little dated, we don't expect hotels, to be 100% presentable or ultra modern when we arrive. Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Very courteous and responsive, Breakfast... Very impressive. A very wide selection of food to suit almost all cultures and tastes are available at the buffet. We really enjoyed our stay at the Harris Batam Center. The reception staff introduced us to "Grab" for obtaining transport and this was surprisingly economical to use. Within minutes a car would arrive at the hotel and take us to our destination. Very efficient and cost effective.

Not much to say here at all. The only surprise was the cost of the white wine. We dined in on the Saturday night for the BBQ, red wine and beer were included in the price, but white wine was very very expensive. Not sure why this was the case. But we enjoyed the BBQ and the selection of food available.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, from the warm hospitality to the cozy bed and refreshing shower facilities. A special mention to Jojo from the staff, who kindly arranged a complimentary early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.
