Nice hotel right by the beach and some decent restaurants. The room is very comfortable and the hotel is nice and modern. I enjoyed my one night stay here. I also found the staff to be very accomodating and helpful.

Stayed there a couple of weeks for business reasons. I choose the hotel as I am gold tier within Hilton Honors and hoped for the ususal special treatment. The rooms are nice and Hampton standart; so you have a good sleep if you are lucky and get one of the few rooms just opposite the pool and event area. If not, you will suffer from endless weddings (usual 3 per week). Services are poor, in particular the breakfast gets horrible, if you stay longer. Everyday exactly the same and they dont do any extras. Eggs for instance: During my first stay there, the chef cooked diffrent egg dishes for me. Now only stone hard boiled eggs or dried pre - cooked omletts. But the biggest problem is good coffee. Either a brownish watery so-called filter coffee or nescafe or a cappucino/ milk coffee made from nescafe as well (from concentrate and powdered milk). If you are unlucky and have breakfast after a bigger tour had theirs, tables look messy and you hardly find a clean place to have your breakfast. just one poor services girl is trying hard to clean up. Generally it looks to me, that there is no manager on duty and in any case there is no F&B manager. The limited staff is trying hard and are always friendly. But this is not sufficient for a Hilton.

Çok güzel ve nezih bir hotel

Hotel is in a quite corner of Ordu and closeby the sea and a long walking path. The rooms are comfortable and have coffee and tea. The restaurant, although the food is delicious but the service needs to be improved. Staff at the reception is very professional and happy to assist you whenever you need help. You can take a wonderful walk either in the evening or early in the morning by the sea. The breakfast is quite rich to give you energy to discover Ordu City and nearby places such as Yason Church.
