economic but high class rooms avaible mu room 303 very nice shower was lovely and long curtains was short good for one or two day holiday for single not for drunk and looking boy quality customer experince women easily stay

room is clean. room size is very small. bed is not comfortable. pathroom is good but they don't maintain the necessary things like hand soap, shampo and dental kit. great location. some of the staff is atovv.

عميل دائم للفندق تغيرت الأمور كثيرا في الفندق بعد الإدارة الجديدة سوء تعامل مع العرب رفع الصوت والاستهزاء على أن من يدفع أكثر هم العرب لم يتم تأمين غرف مطلة على البحر وتم الطلب مسبقا تكرار لقائمة الإفطار بكميات قليلة و خدمة الشاي و الاومليت للأتراك فقط !!!

"إدارة الفندق تغيرت و تغير الفندق معها"

سكنا في هذا الفندق منذ افتتاحه 120 ليلة مع الأسف إدارة الفندق هذه السنة غير متجاوبة مع النزلاء خصوصا العرب تم طلب غرف مطلة على البحر لي ولأخواني بمجموع 5 غرف ولم نحصل على واحدة و الحجوزات قبل 6 أشهر لم يكن هناك تقدير للعملاء

"مدير الفندق متكبر"

أختلفت الأمور كثيرا بعد الإدارة الجديدة للفندق عدم تلبية الطلبات المسبقة مثل الإطلالة على البحر لو تم الرجوع للحجوزات في هذا الفندق بإسم bader alotaibi من 2012 لوجدو أنها أكثر من 120 ليلة عدم تقدير للعملاء و عنصرية ضد العرب إستهزاء و سخرية من بعض طاقم العمل .

"Great hotel with friendly staff"

I stayed here while I was visiting Ordu and actually only int.chain in the city.The hotel is nearby the sea and also offers open pool.Location is superb.Breakfast buffet is also rich and satisfying.I highly recommend if you visit Ordu.Especially front desk staff helped me a lot during my stay.Rooms are cost and comfortable.Rooms offers almost everything you need from comfortable bed to sewing kit and so on.

"New well kept highest end hotel choice in Ordu"

Clean new hotel with spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful and clearly well trained. Breakfast was open buffet, not the best but good enough. Has its own parking. Gym not very appealing. With good weather, the promenade by the water offers a much better alternative for jogging activities. I would recommend this hotel. And would stay there again if I visit Ordu again.
