Booked this hotel for my sister over bank holiday - she was treated like a Queen .

The host was really welcoming and really helpful excellent location just vack fro the main drag 👌

Location was good , away from noise etc. yet close enough to walk to bus and tram etc

Not a complaint bus shower could be a little more powerful in my room .

Bed was super comfortable.

Room really clean and looked after. (Small amount of dust on skirting board) Although you wouldn't dare make any mess as strictly told on arrival when checking in. (Not sure if it was rudeness or just awkwardness) In the en-suite room i had a small double bed, TV, fridge , kettle and tasimo coffee machine. There was also ironing board and iron to use. Nice bonus compared to other hotel rooms. The bathroom was very small (but adequate) when sat on the toilet knees where touching the wall. The shower takes ages to warm and the pressure is poor. Breakfast was super hot and very flavoursome. There is a pre order sheet to be completed the night before. Make sure you sit at the table that has been assigned to you or you'll be told off Cooked breakfast is served at 9am but can access breakfast room at 8:45 for cereal and toast. I slept very well in my room Bed was clean and comfortable although I was on the top floor you do hear traffic passing throughout the night.

Breakfast served a little too late for me. (Personal preference) Shower pressure is like a dribble
