"A splendid weekend away and three days absolutely flew by!"

Perfect location for my requirements and spotlessly clean throughout, what I loved in my three nights stay was the peace and quiet of the place, I experienced no noise issues whatsoever, A fantastic full English breakfast served in the morning along with coffee and orange juice and toast, absolutely splendid,

"My stay at this hotel was exceptional, it couldn’t have been any better"

Lee, the host that was there was very welcoming, he offered to give me a hand with my luggage upto my room, when I was allocated my room. The hotel was very clean and so was my room, the bed was very comfortable and I had a bathroom, connected to my bedroom and that was all great. I was given a menu to fill out for breakfast for the Saturday and Sunday, but I was out at the time of breakfast for a fitness event, but this was included in the price of my stay there. This hotel is under 10 minutes to get to Blackpool north train station and just under 15 minutes away from the main highstreet. I will definitely be booking there again.

Good location close to bars and restaurants yet still peaceful.Lee was there to meet me for check in,by communicating was early and hassle free.come and go as you please.Lee checked with me every day to see if I needed anything.The room was spotless and amenities very good and the bed, pillows and duvet were possibly the comfiest I've had on my travels.I would not hesitate to recommend this b&b and will be my go-to when back in Blackpool.

Lee, the owner was so welcoming nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was fabulous great portion size. In the room there was coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, biscuit, coke and water in fridge. More supplies than you get in large chain hotels, and more available in hallway to take if needed. Lovely little place

Nothing about the accommodation, surrounding area a little tried .

Everything was spot on, modern room, very clean, plenty of sockets and mirrors for hair/make up (which are often lacking), gorgeous breakfast cooked by Lee who was an all round great host 🤩

Nothing to dislike at all
