"Nice room but lacks amenities"

Good-sized room, nicely decorated, great location on seafront, 5 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes max from buses to everywhere. Good breakfast. Owner/manager is nice guy and efficient.

Steep stairs to bedrooms and NO LIFT! And lots of "fire doors" - don't stay here with a heavy suitcase! No towel rack and very tiny shower, I'm normal size and had to be careful not to hit elbows on the wall when showering. Nowhere in shower area to put towel or soap and sink was across the room so if you forget the soap you're padding wet across the carpet to get it. And nothing but soap provided. But hey, no need to provide shampoo cos there's no hairdryer either so forget about washing your hair... Weather was very hot and there was no fan (something that seemed standard,, like hairdryers, in every other place I stayed in this trip) so room got very stuffy..

Great location. Owner very helpful. Breakfast great. Room spacious. Shower great. Quiet despite being on main beach road with windows open
