Alderley hotel

They accommodated to our request before check in.. we requested could we come a bit earlier so we could get to the attractions sooner and they were very kind and allowed us to do so . Staff were welcoming , friendly ..Breakfast was lovely , everything you need at hand or on request. We Will definitely stay again for the pleasure beach location.

Fantastic place to stay! From the call to check our arrival time the morning of our stay to the check out and everything in between. The best B&B I have stayed at in Blackpool and would highly recommend! Welcoming, considerate and comfortable. We will be back next time we are in Blackpool.

Location and free parking good

Absolutely disgusting and filthy hotel. Soiled bed with no mattress protector and bobbley sheet that (no exaggeration) scratches you. Filthy dusty and debris on floors, broken shower and shower tray fills with water, can only have a very quick shower. Noisy inside the hotel at night and early hrs in the morning. Toilet door doesn't shut properly with no handle on inside to get out. It's so run down I was very disappointed and felt dirty when leaving. Breakfast was vile, very greasy and glasses smelt like stale dishwasher water, juices didn't seem cold so was warm apple juice. I would avoid.

Owner Kaz was amazing. Nothing is problem for him. Great company. Made our holiday. Everything was perfect. We will definately be back.
