Good size bedroom comfortable bed and good quality linens fantastic cooked breakfast very good value for what we paid

Decor a bit tired

The breakfast was ok

The hotel as soon as you walk in smells very musty ( like a old musty dirty smell ,, not nice ) , the carpets need ripping up the smell coming from them when walking on them was horrid, the rooms are very dated and not what was expected, during breakfast 2 people were constantly vaping big plumes of smoke which was very off putting while trying to eat ,the room its self was extremely poor , the toilet didn't flush my partner had to fix it, the door didn't fit properly and the bed was horrendous, very thin and evey spring could be felt , no sleep at all , the window just pulled shut and didn't lock, and again smelt old and musty , I definitely will not stay again , very disappointed with the whole experience

Breakfast was amazing.

Poor shower, little storage space in bathroom, black mould in shower, insufficient toilet paper. Handrails on stairs grubby, other paintwork on doors needed cleaning. Room wasn't serviced at all during our stay, our bin was overflowing and coffee / milk wasn't topped up. Towels were supposed to be changed after two days, they weren't.

Within walking distance to the pleasure beach. Lovely sea views during the day and the illuminations during the night. Quiet and comfortable nights stay with a fantastic full English breakfast in the morning. Accommodating and friendly staff.

There is nothing here not to like! Decor is slightly dated but simply adds to the charm.
