Good location, warm welcome from Kaz and great breakfast.

Bathroom small, not that you spend a lot of time in there.

Clean. Friendly. Close to pleasure beach. Kaz the owner was an amazing kind bloke. Couldn’t have done enough for us. Great atmosphere in the bar when we got back from our day out. My son is 12 and everyone made him feel great.

Easy to find, parking for free out the front, tram stop outside the front, room was fine for us we just needed a bed to stay. Free breakfast was lovely, enough food to keep us going in the day. The owner was really helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely decorated room, clean and fully equipped with tea coffee, towels. Really good breakfast but it was too much, I could not finish it, Kaz was spot on. I will be back.

Location was ideal for the purpose of our stay , Kaz and his family are so welcoming couldn’t praise them enough and the breakfast was amazing we will definitely be returning thanks for making our stay brilliant 🤩
