Glenwood Inn & Suites

Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Check in and check out were very easy and straightforward. We also liked how the rooms were drive-up, it was very easy to load our car for our daily excursions.

As a wheelchair user it was frustrating that none of the doors were automatic, that there was a small step leading into the lobby as well as into our room so while we booked the accessible room it wasn't entirely accessible and I needed more help from my partner than usual in order to enjoy our stay. Also there wasn't a second nightstand so we had to use one of the chairs to put my CPAP machine, phone, water, and glasses next to my side of the bed. The bed itself was also a bit hard but that's just personal preference. The hot tub was also out of order during our stay.
