Glenwood Inn & Suites

We like this place. It’s not the most luxurious but has everything you need. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean.

Indoor pool was Very dirty. Hotel staff not friendly

I didn't realize there was a breakfast. It was great. The pictures did not do it justice. Both pools were great and i liked the idea that the room was not made up each day unless i asked. Good value for the money. A bit difficult for the gps to find; it tried to take us to the other road.

Knowledge about the breakfast and a heafs up on direction. The staff were extremely helpful and polite..

Was fine for what we needed but a bit small. Maybe the kitchen rooms were bigger. Staff was fantastic and two pools were nice with the hot tub

We were the only car in the lot usually for the 3 days we stayed and thought it was strange when a new guest booked in they put them right beside us when all the other rooms were empty. Two different guests checked in and were right beside us when the entire hotel was empty lol. Room had an unusual smell until you turned on the Ac

We had a king suite and I liked the location of the room. It was very roomy with a private feel to it. I used the hot tub and the jets were the perfect propulsion. I had it all to myself - bonus! The staff were great.

Very nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. We were on the 2nd floor and it seemed to be a party below us on the ground floor outside being very loud at midnight keeping me awake when I had to get up early to travel again. There seemed to be nobody on this property working to notice these things and when I called to complain I got another location and it took a while to deal with.

We arrived late and thankfully only had one night at this hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was nice, but the room was not up to acceptable cleaning standards. The bed skirts had dust on them, signifying that they had not been washed in some time. The bathtub had so much scum and film on it, we refused to shower there. Finally, the smell of the room was of body odour. We slept on top of the blankets and I barely slept, because I felt like my skin was crawling. I could not wait to get out of that room and we checked out super early the next morning.
