Ramada by Wyndham Udaipur Resort and Spa

Beautiful place with almost a palace replica. We were upgraded to a Villa. Had entertainment during late evening with folk dancing which we enjoyed. Staff was nice but they were doing more than once a day interruption for cleaning/ house keeping which was unusual. Food has let them down. Not many options and poor presentation.

Good property!! Location is kind of outside the city ! Hard to get uber or any ride Bathroom was not very clean but in ok condition Overall 7 out of 10

Staff was great. The hotel is fort style and expansive.

Water was salty, messed up hair and skin texture. We had booked rooms with balcony which we didn’t get. They upgraded 2 of our rooms to compensate probably but we had absolutely no view. Felt cheated that way. The hotel only had instant coffee everywhere. It’s shocking that a 5 star hotel serves instant coffee at all.

Everything was very nice, the food the staff everything!!!!

Staff need to give more training regarding how to behave with guest.

The property is very beautiful and photographic.

It is very old and coming apart in places. I spotted some insects. The bathtub was damaged in one room, the shower area had visible calc deposits and we experienced power outage also!
