Great Hospitality and Service by all the staff. Breakfast buffet was good and room service was great.

We booked the property for two days, with an official check-in time of 2:00 PM. We arrived at 1:45 PM and completed the formalities, which took about 10-15 minutes. However, we were informed that our room was not ready and were asked to wait for 15-20 minutes. Finally, we received the room key around 2:20 or 2:25 PM. Upon entering, we noticed that the bidet in the washroom was leaking because it was broken. We reported this to the housekeeping manager, who arrived with a technician. They inspected the issue and asked us to wait while they fixed it. Additionally, we found litter in the room, which was only removed after we raised a complaint. The entire process took approximately 30-40 minutes. After everything was resolved, we got ready and went for lunch, only to find that lunch hours had ended. We informed the kitchen staff about the delays we had faced, mentioning that, if not for these issues, we would have arrived at least 30 minutes earlier. The next morning, while having breakfast, I noticed a cockroach on the stack of plates. Perhaps this was a rare scenario, as this is the first time we’ve had such a bad experience, but I just wanted to share our experience, that’s all.

Nothing, May be more electric carts should be added to transfer from lobby to you room. Other wise hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
