"A cosy little hideaway."

8.0

Not an easy place to find as the place really is a farm and therefore poorly signposted and hard to spot in the dark. The satnav did get us to the right area. If you like ye olde type of places this place is for you but the old wooden staircases might present a challenge for some. Room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom really was in a closet, but ok. Sound proofing isn't great and the TV from next door kept me awake as did the extractor fan and then the horse. Proprietors are nice and friendly and breakfast is a cosy affair. Food was good. I'd stay again to be honest. I was passing through but the view of Malverns is breathtaking.

"Bargain!"

Room a bit cramped and dated, but comfy bed, good shower and nice breakfast. At £45, thoroughly recommended.

"Stopover on a long journey"

4.0

The host was unwelcoming when we arrived, as if we were putting him out. The road can be noisy if you have the window open. Rooms and bathroom clean and comfortable - limited space but fine for a stopover.

"Too close to main rd traffic to sleep."

2.0

Miserable welcome from hosts. Room far too small for comfort, en-suite was a converted closet, too small to be functional. Obviously a farm diversification, but maybe the owners should stick to what they know.

"Last minute booking"

8.0

The one night booking was made just a few days before and the price very reasonable. The room was very compact and the en suite was well hidden like a fitted wardrobe but everything worked fine and suitable for my needs. Pleasant friendly staff. Really pleased breakfast was included.

"Very small room"

4.0

Never stayed in such a small room, en suite no more than a cupboard, could hardly turn round so did not bother with shower, toilet seat wobbly. Was told size of room because building old. Made up for room with good breakfast. Would not stay there again.

Old farmhouse with horses in the stable close to other attractions. Nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the area.
