This is such a welcoming place. It's easy to get too but still in a country setting. Janet was friendly and welcomed us. The rooms were small but really comfortable. We had use of a lounge downstairs which allowed us lots of space. Cooked breakfast was provided and was lovely. We shall look to stay here again the next time we visit the area.
I am working in Upton. The farm is half a mile from where I'm working. Very peaceful and quiet. Really enjoyed my stay.
Booked due to locality for Three Counties Autumn Show. Stayed in twin room, very compact especially the ensuite but had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Very nice house.
Tiny room, ensuite compares with cheapest budget hotel, breakfast unappetizing, overpriced..apparently used to be £40 which would be nearer the mark..wont be back
