Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. Keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office. The office is open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday Guest needs to inform the arrival time if outside the office hours. The keys will be in a safety box next to our office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check in and payment must be completed prior to arrivalThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Me gustó que el equipamiento es bastante amplio de la casa como lavadora, horno, microondas, sartenes, tostadora, cafetera y todos los cubiertos que te hagan falta

No tiene aire acondicionado y han puesto unos ventiladores de pie que hace mucho ruido con poco movimiento de aire y cuesta dormir por el calor, si tuviera unos ventiladores de techo sería mucho mejor, también debería tener cierres en las puertas del baño y en la habitación y así tener un poco de intimidad.

It was very central to the main strip, apartment was lovely and good facilities within the apartment itself

The fact the room/apartment didnt have air-conditioning. This would have been a lovely and convenient place to stay and would have stayed again. However I never realised it didn't have air-conditioning for the price I paid for a week. So I wouldn't be able to stay again for that time of year. I

É realmente perto da praia,a zona da piscina está bem cuidada. As camas são confortáveis. Tem uma boa varanda com vista para o mar. Estava tudo limpo.

O prédio está localizado numa zona de muitos bares com um ambiente pesado e problemático. Não é o ideal para sair com crianças. O apartamento deveria ter ar condicionado, é muito quente mesmo de noite. Não se consegue dormir com as janelas fechadas por causa do calor nem com elas abertas por causa do barulho dos bares.

Estuvimos en el piso 14 y se estaba genial, por las noches corría el aire y muy bien. La terraza nos daba la vida; preciosas vistas hacia el mar. Nos trajeron sábanas y toallas limpias a una semana de estancia. La piscina, aunque pequeña, estaba muy bien y no solía haber gente normalmente.

La zona, aunque cerca del centro, es zona de mucha fiesta y por las noches había mucho ruido.
