Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. Keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office. The office is open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday Guest needs to inform the arrival time if outside the office hours. The keys will be in a safety box next to our office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check in and payment must be completed prior to arrivalThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

O apartamento estava bem equipado, com todos os utensílios para passar uma semana e realizar todas as tarefas de casa, com máquina de lavar, secador de cabelo, forno, microondas, só faltou máquina de café, voltaria sem problema.

O apartamento não tinha ar condicionado, a net nunca trabalhou e os elevadores estavam um pouco avariados

Prácticamente todo. La limpieza , la atención, el poder aparcar en Benidorm gratis es un plus, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario

Por mejorar quizás el tema del aire acondicionado. En julio y agosto hace mucho calor y con unos ventiladores no llega, pero nosotros al ir a finales de agosto, se estuvo bien.
