Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. Keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office. The office is open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday Guest needs to inform the arrival time if outside the office hours. The keys will be in a safety box next to our office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check in and payment must be completed prior to arrivalThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

La. Ubicación , muy cerca de la playa , tiendas , restaurantes.

El apartamento no está como en las fotos. Se ve viejo , con baldosas rotas en el suelo ,, la bañera desconchada . Necesita una reparación.

La comunicación por parte de la empresa fue muy eficaz. Todo muy rápido y muy bien explicado. El apartamento, aunque antiguo, muy cómodo y amplio. Buenas vistas y goza de amplio aparcamiento.

La zona para toda aquella persona no nacida en la islas británicas puede resultar algo ruidosa. También depende de quién te toque de vecinos.

Central location , clean Communication with rental company easy and they were helpful at all times .

Apartment is , clean , comfortable ( beds very comfortable) everything you need is in there , iron , hairdryer ..even a washer .. two min walk from the beach . the strip is on your doorstep Markets both indoors and outdoors are 5 mins away Walking on to old town is 15 mins ish So locations is perfect ..for everything.. A friend hired a scooter, somewhere to store and charge too

Excellent location, near to everywhere that we wanted to be and the facilities provided had everything that we needed for our stay, (apart from aircon) Would definitely think about booking to stay here again.

The lifts are a bit iffy and very small, and only big enough for 3 people. My husband had to use the stairs down from the 8th floor and our friends from the 14th floor as the lifts were playing up, not great when you've got dodgy knees and are 60! Also, there is no aircon in the rooms, just stand-alone fans, I can imagine it would be unbearable in the rooms during the high summer season.

"Super apartment, ideally located right on the strip !"

Super location, excellent value, very clean and well appointed apartment. customer service is available on WhatsApp 24/7 and help and support offered is excellent.

Everything was great. Nothing to dislike.
