Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. Keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office. The office is open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday Guest needs to inform the arrival time if outside the office hours. The keys will be in a safety box next to our office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check in and payment must be completed prior to arrivalThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The location was amazing as right in the main strip, the apartment itself was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and private The WhatsApp thread was extremely helpful for us, and the staff were always kind and friendly. We even got a late checkout as a bonus which we were extremely thankful for

There wasn’t enough ports to plug things in, if the room was to capacity not everyone would be able to charge phones or use. Door was a little tough to use but as we had 2 sets of keys it wasn’t an issue for us. To collect the keys was a bit of a nightmare ( for us ) but the staff communicated fast and clear so we got there in the end

There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom for four people so wasn’t ideal for 4 woman. But over all the apartment was great
