Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. Keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office. The office is open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday Guest needs to inform the arrival time if outside the office hours. The keys will be in a safety box next to our office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check in and payment must be completed prior to arrivalThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Fabulous location, apartment had everything you needed and was clean. Caroline and the maintenance guy were amazing. Can't praise them up enough, they were so helpful.

Location, everything you need for self catering.

No air-conditioning, not a problem for October but wouldn't recommend for July/August.
