Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. Keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office. The office is open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday Guest needs to inform the arrival time if outside the office hours. The keys will be in a safety box next to our office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check in and payment must be completed prior to arrivalThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

"Would definitely stay here again even though we weren’t on a drinking holiday it was great"

The location was fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Views of the sea amazing

Even though everything was spotless only way it could be improved is by a bit of updating the furniture but then that is just personal choice. Would have liked some mugs instead of silly little cups. Nothing at all bad to say

Location is excellent, right in the middle of everything but still quiet enough to get a good sleep, our flight was delayed so the staff kindly put keys into a key safe for us to collect, great communication with us and helpful attitude, security deposit returned within a few hours of checking out, would stay again, thank you.

Only thing slightly negative, there are no glasses or cups to drink out of other than one small beaker In the bathroom but we just bought plastic ones from the shop

"Great value apartment"

Great location close to the strip. Spacious two bedroomed apartment with bath and shower. Well equines with kitchen equipment and even a washer and iron. Lovely spacious balcony. Staff were very helpful and a leaky bath was sorted very quickly.

Didn’t realise we had to collect keys from an office quite a walk from the accommodation but that was my fault for not reading the email properly.
