We liked the indoor pool - great late night swim for the kids. The penguins right across the road were a huge hit!! The location for us was ideal as well. And the staff were so welcoming on arrival, and if I could rate our stay purely on the staff it would get a 5 star review.

I didnt like that we could hear our neighbouring guests bumping uglies all night, the walls must have been so thin - to the point my young children had to yell out to them to quieten down, AWKWARD!! Sounded like the local "drop in" so to speak. Electric blankets were out of order - buttons missing. Free WiFi - also out of order. Queen bed was as hard as a rock - my back is still sore. Bathroom was quite grotty.

Good location to everything.

Cabin was freezing, Great location, close to the city centre & other great places with a short drive. The plug in heater wasn't usable for long periods as the power cord would get hot, not enough bedding offered, one thin blanket & flat sheet available for a single bed,

Great Location as is close to town. Staff were very friendly and happy to meet our needs. Nice environment for my family. Great price and value for money.

Rooms were a bit dark. Rooms could use updating.

"As mentioned you get what you pay for and it met our needs for the night"

Location was just across from the beach and central to our needs. Was clean and you get what you pay for so don’t expect the Ritz. Staff were friendly.

Could benefit from a little maintenance. We had some fun with a couple of the doors coming off the runners
