Close to ocean would be great to see penguins if it was warmer weather

The cabin needed a good overhaul. The facilities were very worn The heater was noisy and rattled. My husband had to ask for a screw driver to remove the front and clean out the dust to prevent catching fire. The taps need replacing the toilet system needs replacing fell apart a couple of times. The lounge was a poor excuse and needs to be replaced. The bed was comfortable

"The property well located, however being on a very busy road it was somewhat noisy."

"Enjoyed Burnie with second stay at the motel close to town."

Quite comfortable upstairs rooms, close to CBD and eateries. Ample parking.

Bathroom shower head kept coming down. With little work the unit could be fixed for excellent presentation.
