Nach einer abenteuerlichen Anfahrt wurden wir belohnt. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick und freundliches Personal. Alles mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert. Die Zimmer sind klein aber wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Das Restaurant hatte leider Ruhetag, deshalb können wir es nicht bewerten. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Bijzondere plek, boven op Sacro Monte di Varese (UNESCO Werelderfgoed), in een bijzondere, historische omgeving met prachtige vergezichten. Leuk restaurant, met prachtig uitzicht.

Onze hotelkamer was klein en onpraktisch. Geen ruimte voor koffers, kleine badkamer. Gammel bed, met losliggende lattenbodem. Veel rumoer door ligging van onze kamer boven de keuken en de afvalopslag. Het privé-parkeerterrein is moeilijk bereikbaar, problematisch klein en smal, en er is geen alternatief. Het restaurant is goed, maar stevig aan de prijs voor wat geboden wordt.

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier richtig. Ausblick ist phantastisch.

Zimmer zwar außergewöhnlich gestaltet (Wendeltreppe) aber veraltet und muffig. Frühstück nichts besonderes.

Die Lage ist phantastisch und es gibt dort sehr viel zu sehen: Natur und Kunst und Geschichte! Es,lohnt sich immer wieder dorthin zu fahren!

Der Parkplatz ist schlecht anzuführen!

Goede ontvangst, erg vriendelijk en geduldig; ook geholpen met parkeren. Proactief gereserveerd bij locaal restaurant, Mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht.

Diner was slecht. Restaurant wil doorgaan voor sjiek, maar de gerechten zijn erg slecht en smakeloos. SLechtste risotto in mijn leven geproefd, nota bene in Italie, was veel te zuur aagemaakt met room, miste enige structurr etc; Vishap was slecht en smakeloos met meer gras dan salade; combi vis me groente compleet de plank misgeslage...heb het toetje gecanceld om niet meer onnodig in kosten te lopen (diner was ook erg duur). Diner personeel onervaren en wist ook niet hoe ze wijn moesten inschenken. Een domper. De kamer was te warm; een simpele ventilator had al een hoop gescheeld om de hitte (je slaapt boven) te verdrijven... Zonde, dure kamer maar dit comfort mist totaal.

Ligging is fantastisch. Mooie natuur en uitzicht. En ontbijt en eventueel avondeten kan met buiten op een mooi terras.

Zeer kleine badkamer en parkeren is een uitdaging gezien de ligging.
