Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from July to September. Pool access available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. "The dinner experience was not fine"

The hotel was old, but noticeable renovated. Check in and check out experience was good. The onsen part was ok, lots of mosquitoes outdoor and I forgot to bring my own towel, was quite embarrassed. Dinner server was not ok, he was rushing out the course throughout entire meal, even I specifically mentioned not to. Beach is literally in the backyard with night lights.

To us - we think this is the must stay in the area. It is near the beach, great services that the front desk is super helpful, at least one of the staff have good English. The benchview room is unforgettable, for both the view and being spacious - wish could have stayed longer.

酒店跟沙灘很近，有出口直達沙灘 房間雖然舊但景觀很好，溫泉都很整潔很大。 酒店還提供了煙火讓我們晚上到海邊玩。 服務人員專業有禮又很周到。

Very Convenient location close to the Shirahama beach and bus stop. Multi course Japanese dinner and breakfast included were very nice. They also offer free drinks snd coffee in the hotel lobby.
