The seasonal pool will be open from July to September. Pool access available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. "Two Futon for four person"

I booked two adult and two children, but services prepared is based off two persons (especially, Futon. Where should our children sleep in our room ?). I wanted this hotel to take a little bit more care of children.

"露天風呂のロケーションはgood"

口コミを見て食事が美味しいとあったのとまぁまぁ抑えられたコスト感だったので選んだのですが、朝食はいたって普通のお味でした。よく分からないねちょっとした何かに里芋のすりみのようなものが包まれてる料理が正直あまり美味しくなかった。。 給仕の女性が愛想のない外国人の方で、料理の説明は全くなし。 夕食抜きで二人で3万弱…連休だったのはあるけどちょっとお高いかな。 お部屋も少し古さのある一般的な和室。隣の部屋との距離は近め。 露天風呂は白浜の海が近くに見えて開放感があり良かったです。温泉の味は海水みたいにしょっぱかったので好みが分かれそうですけど。 もう少しお金を払えばマリ●ットに泊まれると思うとお部屋の雰囲気はだいぶあちらのほうがいいので、カップルで行くならあちらのほうがいいかもと思いました。

スタンダードな和室に大人二人と1歳児一人で泊まりました。 思っていたより部屋が広く、窓から見える海の景色がとても綺麗でリラックス出来ました。沖縄に来たのかな？と思うぐらい南国感ありました。大浴場も綺麗でゆっくり出来ました。今度は夜ご飯付きでまた泊まりに来たいです。

"Excellent service and stay"

A beautiful view of the beach, comfortable beds and a large clean room greeted us after a smooth check-in. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and made more special for their 90th anniversary in 2019. Service at the restaurant and at the front desk was very professional, always doing their best to cater to your needs. We stayed at another, more expensive, onsen ryokan in the area afterwards and this was leaps and bounds better! Stay on the premium floor here and you won't regret it!
