La alberca es grande y cuenta con servicio de restaurante y bar. La ubicación está muy bien y la atención del personal muy buena

El baño estaba un poco mal cuidado, limpio y con articulos necesarios pero la taza no funcionaba bien y la regadera se notaba descuidada

El estilo de Hacienda y la decoración es fantástico, la atención de los recepcionistas, la temperatura de la alberca, la limpieza de toallas estaban x almohadas, el sabor de la comida y bebidas del restaurante.

Puede mejorar la atención de los meseros jóvenes hacia los comensales en el restaurante.

la comida del restaurante es muy buena, la alberca es bonita y la ubicacion es buena

les falta limpieza, encontré cabellos entre las sabanas y sabanas manchadas o sucias del rapie lámparas de la cabecera sin focos y les falta mantenimiento

Muy pésima experiencia tanto del hotel como la plataforma no los recomiendo a ambos

No nos dieron una buena solución y por mas que se hicieron las cosas en tiempo y forma, por quedarse con el dinero dijeron que no fue asi mala forma del robar
