Check in was easy, very near the airport, staff is very friendly and helpful, pool is great. We needed to return our rental car early in the day before check in time at the hotel. They allowed us to store our luggage and use the facilities before getting into our room, Manual, the porter was very helpful with this as was the front desk staff. We always stay there when arriving and leaving Merida.

The staff was amazing and the pool was great

Rooms were rough, beds sucked only two pillows per bed, bathrooms not great, bathroom supplies very small amounts poor quality.

We stayed here our last night for easy Aiport access. The hotel arranged the morning taxi and it was a short 5 min drive. We have two kids who loved the pool and facilities.
