Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel …..

Op zich een redelijk apartement, balkon was klein, net als de douche-ruimte. Douche zelf was wel lekker. Fijne broodservice in de ochtend. laten schoonmaken is duur en aansluiten op betaalde wifi was voor ons niet mogelijk, we kregen het niet voor elkaar. In de foyer was gelukkig wel goede en gratis wifi. Parkeergarage (wel betaald) onder het gebouw: er fijn.

Location was excellent. Having a ground floor with a mini courtyard was great! Lots of parking available but extra $$.

Phone and internet coverage was terrible in the building. You had to go outside to get data. Otherwise you can pay to use their internet but its very expensive. Kitchen sink products & cleaning supplies were only provided with an additional fee. And the expectation to clean the unit yourself without a good range of cleaning products left me feeling like we had arrived to a poorly cleaned unit. You can pay extra for a clean, but the people before us clearly didn't and left dishes in the dishwasher, some of which hadn't cleaned properly. Who knows if the toilets were cleaned properly!!! And parking is also an additional fee that is expensive. If you're in town on a busy season you have no choice as free street parking is impossible.

Property would not rate as 4 stars in my view. Pictures are not true to space in apartment, definitely not suitable for 6 persons as described, far to many pieces of unnecessary furniture in kitchen/ dining area. Bunk beds off main hall, no overhead light, had to climb into the bed to turn light on only suitable for children. We had to hover dog hairs off main bedroom floor on arrival, room very small, bed against the wall, linen was included in price but 1 bath towel each for the 8 days. No one at reception when we arrived even though we were told we could get keys. We paid for end stay cleaning but still had to strip beds, drop linen to reception and told to leave kitchen clean, so job half done for cleaners

Le gros avantages de cet hébérgement est sa proximité avec les pistes. Le point à revoir d'urgence: l'hygiène et la proprété! Le nettoyage n'a clairement pas été fait avant notre arrivé (à part un ménage de fin de séjour ridicule par les voyageurs avant). Ca sentait mauvais, il restait des serviettes sales dans les placards. Apparemment, il y avait un problème avec l'équipe de ménage. C'est ce qu'on nous a dit à la fin de notre séjour ... Très limite tout cela. Le chalet était peu pratique, très sombre et étroit avec de vieux équipement et sans le moindre charme. Très cher pour ce que c'est et tout "extre" est payant - le wifi (qui était cassé toute la semaine et la 4G peine à passer partout), le parking, le ménage... nous n'y retourneront certainement pas.

It has a good location

Really needs updated. Rooms are tired and a bit grimy. Needs much better WiFi which in 2024 should be free.

Have stayed here several times. Hasn’t been updated in years but it’s clean and functional. Beds comfortable, warm and location excellent.

Get some WIFI!!! In 2024 to not have good wifi is terrible. Have to bring sheets down on last day, clean the apartment and pay a cleaning fee for them to do a deep clean. Sauna and steam room not working on last few days.
