Great location. after my partner had an accident staff went out of their way to make our stay we had a great holiday.

The four star rating. Having to make your own bed Having to strip bed linen and bring it to reception on departure. Paying for children’s cot and having to carry it to the room Phone in room didn’t work Tv was very old and dated and had no smart functions. Blood drops on duvet. Toilet had marks from previous user on arrival Cheap appliances in kitchen Horrific sound proofing - could hear every noise from adjacent rooms. Expected to clean rooms on departure and no cleaning products available. Ski locker is not big enough for amount of equipment if the room is full and ski equipment is not allowed in the rooms.

On arrival to find our bed linen and towels in plastic bag we had to make up the bed and the apartment on arrival no cleaning products not even soap in the apartment it was very very basic Sauna not working in the property and hasn’t been for some time

Great location, pools and jacuzzi we're available and used. Living accommodation was nice.

We had been given an earlier check-in from 1-2pm we arrived at 1.15 and no body was there. As if they just didn't bother to meet us. We had to leave our luggage in the reception area and return at 5pm. The bedrooms are very small.

The top floor apartment had very low ceilings. For example in the bathrooms you had to sit down to have a shower and the bedrooms had several bits of angled roof protruding that got in the way. The overall layout was very odd, with strange shaped impractical rooms. The biggest issue was the two massive building sites right next door that we had no warning about before arriving. Hugh basement excavations with rebar been placed and concrete poured from 6am on several mornings.

Bel établissement, bien entretenu, excellent accueil de JEANNE, bravo à toute l'équipe. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Piscines agréables. Petit bémol au sujet de la construction de 2 immeubles tout proches, source de nuisance durant la journée.

Good size of appartements. It’s located 10min walking from slopes and village center
