Quality Hotel Parklake Shepparton

The mattress was really comfy and the room was nice and clean.

It was a bit noisy. With people arriving late and then noisy people taking 40 minutes to leave at 4am in the morning. But I guess this can’t be helped by the motel. Humans!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The accomodation was lovely. It had all of the amenities we required.

The only criticism I had was the buffet breakfasts. We went down at 8.30 am and the buffet did not appear to have been restocked from the 7.00 am crowd. There was only decaffeinated coffee and 1 English breakfast tea bag left but about 20 to 30 Earl Grey tea bags left. The orange Juice and Apple Juice containers were nearly empty. We were lucky we were able to get a glass of each out of the containers. The bread bin was nearly empty also and there was no choice of breads. The point is that the buffet breakfast should be regularly checked by staff. Especially when buffet breakfasts are served until 10.00 am.
