"Exceptional stay at Shepparton but could be better"

The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. The spa was amazing and was really warm. The sauna was hot and relaxing. The room was really comfy and clean. The tv had many choices to keep the kids entertained but would be better if it had Netflix The breakfast from the restaurant was very tasty

While the spa was good, the pool was extremely cold. Whilst the location of the hotel is good with good park view, my family and I had trouble sleeping cause of the traffic sounds from the main road The lighting of the room could be better and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working..
