Bed could've been more comfortable. But better than most hotel beds I've stayed at. As long as it not really hard. But Bed still ok. Nothing really to complain about, just something that's a minor issue.

We have stayed in different rooms at this hotel but this one was very average. It smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a shower cap on the fire alarm. The bathroom looked like it was last updated in the 1990’s. The hallway is noisey and you can hear everyone who walks by. Even though the room is up high and back a bit from the main road, the noise from the road made it difficult to sleep. They only provided us with four teas bags for three people. When we asked for some more tea bags they made us feel like they were doing us a favour by giving us 4 more the next day. For what you get in this part of the hotel ( the three storey extension over the reception) it is over priced and you can do a lot better in Shepparton.

Everything. The complimentary upgrade was amazing. The service and room service was fantastic.

The only thing I could say the needs slight improvement is that the floors be a bit more thoroughly vacuumed as I came across clear plastic from a previous client who stayed in the room last. I just picked it up and put it in the bin.

Clean, modern, great facilities and service
