Great view of the Harbour. Outstanding location on Inner Harbour However this hotel hotel is not clean Property may be used only for large group meetings or sales events. Outdoor Pool was dirty, floor was soiled and furniture stained ! For USD $ 600.00 a night, very poor value

Excellent experience start to finish. The staff is amazing, so welcoming and attentive. The location is walkable and so nice right on the water.

Perfect blend of luxury and kindness

Another fantastic stay at the most underrated summer resort on the East Coast! I spent several nights, appreciating the awesome service, beautiful suite, and lovely pool area overlooking the Inner Harbor. I hardly left the hotel, as the property has two excellent restaurants, and great room service. I especially appreciated the new pool vibe that now has an adults-only feature on the upper deck where the hot tub is located. I understand they may be adding some other features to that area. There was an unforeseen issue in my original suite, but was handled seamlessly by Jorge at the front desk. To me, a mark of an exceptional hotel is not the absence of a hiccup (the hotel seemed completely full, and things can happen), but how the staff responds to the issue. They made sure I was even happier with my new suite than I was before the issue occurred. I can't wait to return!

My family and I had a fabulous time, the staff were pleasant, friendly. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is incredible. The only thing that I could say was the television in the bathroom was a bit grainy and had to call to get it serviced. The view was breathtaking and the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable.

I loved my stay, I went for a weekend to just relax for Mother’s Day, I didn’t use the spa or any other amenities, I just wanted to stay in my room and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was very quiet, if i did have neighbors, I couldn’t tell. The best part about the room was the Harbor View, the restroom is nice, the room itself was pretty outdated. My favorite thing was being able to order room service on the app or through text and not have to interact with people on the phone lol. The food was GREAT! For the price I paid, I may or may not go back, I could go out of town for the same price.
