Four Seasons Baltimore

Our first time at a Four Seasons Hotel, we were wowed by the service.

Every upscale hotel could take a master class from the Four Seasons Baltimore when it comes to customer service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. This was our first trip to Baltimore, and we came in for an Orioles game, staying two nights at the Four Seasons. From the moment we pulled in, every single interaction with the staff exceeded our expectations. The service was prompt, friendly, and consistently above and beyond. From valet to front desk to room service, everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel special. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious with modern finishes and a large bathtub. We had booked two doubles for our family of four (the only option available at the time), but found them a bit small for two people. Without hesitation, the staff brought up a rollaway bed—comfortable enough that our 9-year-old happily slept on it. Our younger son shared with my husband and was perfectly fine. This quick solution is just one example of how the staff never missed a beat in keeping us comfortable. We also enjoyed lunch at the pool one afternoon. Despite the pool being understandably crowded on a beautiful day, service was excellent—efficient, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was just as good. I truly hope this review reaches the leadership team, because every staff member we encountered embodied the very best of what the service industry can be. Their warmth and professionalism are a huge part of why our first visit to Baltimore was so memorable.

Beautiful pool, amazing service, unbeatable location

Great stay...overall very nice..though room for improvement to bring it to true Four Seasons levels. Service was top notch and shout out to Lais at the pool - excellent attentive great attitude young lady. So speaking of the pool it could be cleaned up quite a bit, same comment as others, brown stains in pool and a weird white cloudy stain here and there is an eyesore especially for Four Seasons level hotel. The adults upper level hot tub area seems a bit in disarray with stuff lying around here and there not cleaned up. Maximon was top notch lunch! Bygones not so much. I do realize Bygones isn't truly part of Four Seasons but it is located in the same building attached to Four Seasons. Their service really is lacking / slow , more of TGIF like service, and the wine list while extensive they don't carry 80% of the wines - took us 4 tries to get a champagne they actually carried - kind of embarrassing for a "top five star" restaurant that says it is part of Four Seasons hotel. As a world traveler my 2 cents would be - advertise only the wines you actually have in stock to avoid guest disappointment. Our CEO moved our 10 person business dinner from Four Seasons to Charleston the next night and it was a fabulous experience. The location is greta and close to so many great dining and shopping spots. Overall it was a 7 on 10.

Amazing Hotel and Staff – Truly a Royal Experience Our stay was absolutely wonderful — we received the royal treatment from start to finish. The staff were exceptional and truly made this hotel stand out. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. My only minor complaint is that the pool had some brown algae stains on the bottom that should be addressed. Aside from that, everything was perfect. An excellent stay in a perfect location — highly recommend!

We chose the Baltimore Four Seasons for our 30th Wedding Anniversary weekend. From the time we arrived at Valet Parking we were made to feel as the hotel’s special guest! Every staff member we encountered during our stay were welcoming, attentive and provided exceptional hospitality and amazing service!
