Loved the property and staff was amazing!

We love this property and the staff! Such a family friendly stay that it was a highlight for the kids. They said this trip bc of the hotel and the location across the park was their favorite trip of the summer! Even beat out Cayman island 😅😅😅

Great build in one of the only walkable parts of Baltimore; the surrounding area is lovely. Directly on the water as well - I don’t think there’s a better location in Baltimore. Front desk staff was so lovely - I’ve had a few stays with FS this past year and they upgraded me to a lovely suite with a stellar view. Some minor hiccups with in house ops - bell desk took forever to send bags up, housekeeping wouldn’t refresh towels at turndown (never seen that before) and most maddeningly I ran out of Kleenex, it wasn’t replaced by housekeeping, so at turndown I placed the empty metal container at the front of the sink to remind them and they proceeded to simply place the empty receptacle back with no Kleenex? Small things like that. Not typical with Four Seasons but the kindness of the staff and willingness to please guests more than makes up for minor things as such. Spa is great. No better place to stay in Baltimore. :)

Security experience for a solo traveler was excellent. Specifically Phillip (there’s another gentleman that was also beyond helpful…Will update soon, when I visit again soon). Phillip stepped in w/o request when unsavory and threatening individuals followed to the lobby & valet/parking area. Feeling scared, and perhaps visibly so he approached w/ the anticipation, discretion, and disposition aligning w/ Four Seasons’ global brand. Particularly in a city like Baltimore where safety is typically a concern & luxury service is often inconsistent, Phillip more than exceeded my expectations from security. He quietly & discreetly assisted me. Beyond grateful & impressed by how security was very aware & managed it seamlessly w/anyone even knowing and/or noticing how he helped in what could’ve been a scary situation.

Wonderful staff, beautiful amenities, great location

Everything was superb except the dining room. The waiter forgot my breakfast order completly and eventually came back to ask what it was. I aaked for a coffee refill that never came. I had to hunt him down for a second cup. The concierge and front desk were great. They even charged my phone for me as I forgot my charge cord.

My stay was amazing! Great hotel and staff.
