Four Seasons Baltimore

Trip had a lot of hiccups, some the hotel's fault, some not. We received a text from the hotel telling us there could be road closures due to the MD Cycling event, but what they did not tell us was that the route was right in front of the hotel, therefore there was NO access to their parking garage or valet. Had to park 5 blocks away and walk in. Not exactly your normal Four Seasons arrival experience wheeling your luggage down the street. For the price we pay, you would think they would have a shuttle ready to roll. Next issue was at the pool. Pool was filthy (see photo). Like worse than I have seen at a mediocre hotel. There was also a spotted lantern fly infestation in the area, most notable by the pool (see photo). Breakfast at Maximon (a popular upscale south american restaurant) was horrible. My French toast tasted stale, and my wife's dish (Nortena) was very 'sour' tasting. I will say all of the employees at the our Seasons were their usually professional selves, from the doormen to the reception staff, to the servers. But they really missed the mark on keeping the facilities clean and up to Four Seasons quality.

Beautiful stay as always but my God the noise outside. We had to sleep with ear plugs. Also the pool was freezing. Everything else was perfect.

I’ve stayed at atleast 10 four seasons before and unfortunately the staff and service falls sooo short here. Baltimore, I was rooting for you all. We constantly Waited on waiters, couldn’t find staff for vallet in the morning. This place was very overpriced as well.

Staff was the biggest issue. No service was provided. Very average.

We had a harbor view room on the 14th floor with a great view. Friday night was fine. Saturday night the music from Maximon on the ground floor was ridiculously loud and went on past midnight. I called the front desk and received apologies but apparently there was nothing they could do about it. I went to bed with a headache and woke up with a headache. I will never stay there again.
