Hotel Red Palm

The room cleanliness is bad, Bed sheets unclean, Bathrooms not clean, Never provided the bill, had to call a 1000 times requesting a bill. Feels like Mens hostel, Not worth for 2000 Rs but i guess one of the cheapest in the area from online search. Make your decision based on this.

Generally, Red Palm is way too overpriced for the value of the rooms and service you receive. Dingy and loud, the hotel itself is situated right above two nightclubs. The rooms are not insulated at all from the sounds below and is extremely noisey late into the night. It gets worse. Upon checking out I realized that I had left some expensive makeup on the sink counter. The reception manager informed me dismissively and rather rudely that it had been thrown out, but later agreed to pay for the item. I return back to the hotel and am informed it's too expensive to replace and suddenly they'll only pay 50%. That 50% turned into nothing when suddenly "hotel policy" is not to replace anything left in the room. The manager then lied and said he didn't promise anything, that I was at fault, that it wasn't left where I had said I left it, that he said to not buy and bring a receipt for the item but to get a quote... anything to discredit my claim and remove responsibility from his initial promise of replacing it. After battling out those lies, the management then informed me I could not speak to the owner or have his contact information, although he was the one saying that there was nothing that could be done. An unreachable and too busy owner to deal with an unhappy guest? This whole operation at Red Palm is one based in a whole lack of ethics, lack of actual training and policy. Red Palm is run off the sloughing off blame and responsibility onto others and hiding behind lies and desks. Upon asking for the manager again he comes outside to sit with me and asks me if I 'smoke up'...and suggests to come back tomorrow so we can speak to the cleaner and come to a compromise. Red Palm is a ridiculous excuse for a hotel. Their respect for their guests, for upholding their word, and so called customer service is little to none.

I stayed that hotel with my family. When i entered i saw the Tea table was brokened. When i entered the bathroom the Toilet having blood stains. I ask the Hk boy to clean & remove the tea table. The fan was noisy & A/C was also same. No hot water & any essentials in bathroom.No tariff card they have.Room size very small & old furnitures. Though the staffs whom i talked on that they all are courteous but according to price i do not recommend this hotel. Please check the rooms before you check in.

I Had Booked A Room In The Hotel It Was Quite A Good Hotel Room Were In Old Condition Room Service Was Ok Ok A Good Budget Hotel Property Is Near Khar Local Station So Its good To Reach Anywhere in Mumbai

Not at all bad for the price. The rooms were small and a bit run down but the beds were comfortable. They've got a decent gym onsite as well as a very nice restaurant. Plus 24 hour room service (though late in the night it takes a while). Only negative is that they don't have WiFi in the rooms.

Although convenient to the Khar train station, there are several better options on the same block. The main issue with this hotel is that management is lax and it has filtered down to create poor service from all the employees. Management drifts in and out and running the property seems to be the last of their priorities.

In Sep 2014 i was on business trip to Mumbai and location which i needed was nearest to local station which easily connect Bandra, Dadar and Khar . So i went to Red Palm Residency to inquire about the single room for three days first they told me for A/C room they charge Rs 2500 per day and it was occasion of Ganpati Visarjan that's why rate was quite high. After seeing the room 101 i decided to take it , Room was ok not so spacious with all the amenities and i was single so its suit me. So finally i went to recepetion and said i not needed the bill and please give me some discount so they agreed with Rs 2000 for a day but has to deposit total sum of Rs 6000 now. Overall experience was fine for me . Location of hotel was the good point for me near to local station called Khar , for nightlife its godd you have 4-5 Bars which open all night. I liked Wise Monkey better.

I made a online debit card payment on expedia for reservation of 2 days on 2nd & 3rd may 2015 but at time of check In I was informed at reception that they have not yet received the payment through expedia......where sh

staff is co operative, overall we enjoyed our stay at hotel.
