Hotel Red Palm

We were looking for a hotel that was near the US Embassy and also near the Railway station. Red Palm residency is very conveniently located to these areas, so it was our preferred choice. They gave us an early check-in and also helped us with the luggage storage. Room was clean and comforting. We are satisfied with our stay.

Never felt safe in the room. After entering the room, within 10 mins one room attendant came barging in into our room without even knocking or notifying us. And he had no business to do in the room. He just said he entered the wrong room. I was glad that my wife wasn't changing clothes that time. Another room attendant knocked my door couple of times after this incident. After opening the door he just said sorry for knocking. I would not recommend this hotel to family or couples

I booked this hotel 1 day before and it was showing me rooms are available, but when i reached there Receptionist told me there was no room available, they send me to another hotel and that was the worst hotel ever. Air Conditioning was very old and barely working, all switchboard was almost dead, No hot water. Staff was terrible( i mean in staff there was just one person who was doing everything). So firstly they didn't allow me to stay in the hotel which i booked and didn't inform me if there wasn't any room available.

Free wifi in lobby, and breakfast included.

For the price paid, i have nothing to complain, it was close to some main areas, and the places i need to be, so it was alright for the price. Cheap and convenient. Can get food 24/7 which was good.

Within an hour of my stay in this miserable hotel, i had to got my room changed as toilet flash was not working, there was no mirror inside the bathroom. During my entire 2 day stay with my family, i was cursing the day when i got this hotel booked. All the pictures shown in the website are Photoshopped images. Hotel is no way close to what they show in website picture. This hotel front desk staff is the most UN-welcomed staff that you will ever come across in this whole planet. Its humble request to all please stay clear of this hotel.

It was really a nice experience. Room was clean and gud except the cot was kinda short in length. Hotel manager was really sweet. All over it was gud. Thank you
