Staff seemed to be unorganized as the hotel is being renovated? The staff were very pleasant and tried their best to make us comfortable.

Room bad. Shower not working. Door handles broken. Drainage not flowing.phone not working in room breakfast limited for choice.

They dont care about the request.airvon is too hot.mo available bath towel.they attended all the request but no action taken.it takes more than 2 hours before they attended.jyst saying yes and yes and yes and yes never ending yes!

Lady receptionist are very disaapointing.they dont know what they are doing.repkace them with knowledge of respect and experienced.

Close to SM North

I stayed in the Euro Suite twice (2023 and 2025) and expected a mini fridge both times. I confirmed this at check-in in 2025, but there was none. I called twice, and they said they’d call back but never did. Please clarify.

Location is good!

Service is not good.I asked twice to give me towel for the toilet but no one came until we check out.Then staff turn up im our room judging about having extra person with us
