"Nice Motel - Very Reasonable - Safe Location"

We actually stayed twice, going and coming back from Big Bend National park. The owners were very friendly, the room was fine and we felt that the location was safe/secure. The cost was very low, given all of the above, that's why we returned coming back.

"Best place in Del Rio!"

Great place to stay. The only place we stay in Del Rio. Rooms are excellent. Great owners and staff. Can’t say enough. The rooms are very comfortable. The entire complex is very clean, quiet, and secure parking lot. We have stayed many times the last 5 years. Not one single complaint. Our home away from home.

I have stayed at Whispering Palms numerous times. The owner and staff are all great people. The rooms are clean and well kept. The pool is clean and clear and very refreshing.I will continue to stay any time im in town. I travel all over the state and it is one of my favorite places to stay.

"Nice and quite. Great service."

All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating . The rooms were ready and cool when we arrived. The rooms were clean. No stains or burn holes in the bedding. The rooms did not smell like cigarette smoke. It was a very quite place at night even with all the rooms that were rented. I couldn't hear the neighbors at all. Overall it was a great experience and if im ever down in that area again i will for sure be staying there.

Room clean and comfortable. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Decent breakfast. Parking on site. Friendly dog and a parrot in reception area (kids liked that). Secure clean pool on site. Reasonably priced.

Could use a tea / coffee maker in room. AC a bit noisy but effective.
