The bathroom was not cleaned, dirty wash rag and used soap left in shower, room smelled funny.

I checked in to this hotel April 23 and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the front door. The front desk was super courteous and friendly. The only negative was that the microwave in the room wasn't too clean and when I made it clear to the other person at the front desk, she immediately came to the room and cleaned it herself and went above and beyond to help. Her name was Theresa. I will definitely be back to stay here again.

checked room in january on earlier trip seemed clean made reservation for trip in april and when we checked in bedspread had a big rip in it chair was so dirty i would throw in dumpster room smelt moldy and mildewy wife was near tears needless to say we did not stay and will never go back dont know how a room can go so bad so quickly

If it's in your budget then hey. There's no pool, and I wouldn't advertise free breakfast because there's about 5 brownies for "breakfast" will never stay here again, I will save more money next time and get a better hotel

It tooks us about an hour to check in because they did not have our reservation. Also tried to charge us more since they could not find our reservation. Other than that it was okay stay for the money.

It was foggy and dark when the front came through. I had not intended to stop anywhere on this stretch of road but when the lights of this Inn appeared I was so happy. Rosie greeted me, took my information and made me feel welcome. I am partially disabled so I needed a ground floor room and I needed a smoking room. Rosie took care of me with a smile. The room has WIFI, a fridge, a microwave, a wonderfully clean bed, a desk with easy plug ins for my computer, in short every thing I needed to stay warm and comfortable over night. The price was very reasonable. In the morning there is a light breakfast down at the office where the flowers on the table were a special touch. I was on my way in the morning feeling refreshed and happy as though I had stayed in the home of a friend. That's just how Rosie makes you feel about the place. I will most certainly stay here again. Oh, and there is coffee in the room too. All very first class

Was great to get out of the cold wet weather. A welcomed port in the storm.

I must say the service at the front desk was very good. The sleeping area and sitting space was fairly clean, however the beds were so soft we sank down to the base when we sat on the side. What really bothered me was the condition of the bathroom. The shower curtain was moldy, the ledge around the bottom of the wall was thick with dust, We arrived late at night and were tired and hungry or we likely would have kept going. After reading some of the other reviews, I wonder if we just got the wrong room, on the wrong day.

Was very pleased with the service by hotel staff, stayed for 9 nights on a business trip very nice suite and spacious for our stay. Very friendly ppl at the hotel from the first night we stayed til the end, the husband and wife management team made it a very enjoyable happy stay... would recommend to anyone and will revisit again if we ever come back to this destination!

The stay at this hotel was very good and I would stay there again, but I would call the desk instead of using Hotels-Rates.com because they doubled the cost of my total bill. I will never use Hotels-Rates.com ever again.
