The hotel was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Perhaps the same can't be said for Karon Beach!

Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. And there's a fully equipped gym (although we didn't use it!) Hotel is located right near multiple restaurants and just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

We were arriving quite late and have no choice to our reserved toom. It was nightmare when assigned our room at 3rd floor which is upper floor of restaurant. There were many little crokoaches coming out whenever we moved. They came out from table, u der the bed and bathroom. I called to receptionist about this issue and ask for room changed. Fortunately, he was helpful and manage to get me another room at 6th floor. It was much more cleaner. I am happy they attended and fixed the issue immediately and new assigned room is pleasant to stay! We are satisfied at last! The breakfast was standard, fresh and they will continue refill when finished Very polite staff and we are happy to had our breakfast there daily. For location wise, it was strategic and not hustle. Simplitel is close to alot nice restaurants and seaside. We were moving around by riding bike in Phuket. There is a bike rent stall at few block away (right side when you step out from hotel). There are some nice coffee shops/ dessert shops nearby seaside. Is good to explore around in Karon beach.

Not bad stay but not worth the price. Maybe I went during peak period which is why the hotel price is expensive.

Vi bodde på Simplitel i 12 netter og var godt fornøyd med hotellet. Rommet var svært romslig med en fin balkong vi brukte mye. Frokosten var svært bra. Et lite minus må være at hotellet ikke har basseng. Det burde de nok ha ut fra pris. På den andre siden tok det bare noen få minutter ned til stranda. De fleste gjestene på hotellet var russere. Det var nok tilfellet ellers på Karon også. I gatene rundt hotellet var det mange spisesteder og barer. Min mening er at hotellet med området rundt passer ypperlig for godt voksne turister. Ungdom vil nok synes det blir litt kjedelig. Men for oss passet det godt, og vi kommer gjerne igjen. Mvh. Geir fra Oslo.

The hotel is in a busy location but we couldn’t hear any noise outside our door so we could sleep easily! The service was incredible and every people was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. If you are going to Karon beach and want a cheap stay with an awesome room and the best service and cleanliness you will see in Thailand you should choose this place. There is a reason it is rated to high on trip advisor.

Отель выбираем уже второй раз.Первый-был отличный.В этот раз что-то пошло не так...Мы отдыхали с грудным ребёнком.Никаких люлек, кроваток не предоставляют(не знаю, почему). Номер дали с видом на шумную улицу(пометка про ребёнка была), когда мы попросили поменять номер на другую сторону, ответ был: с доплатой. когда мы не согласились на доплату, сказали , что номеров нет свободных.После, мы согласились на доплату и ответ был: через несколько дней.Конечно же, через несколько дней номер нам никто не поменял. Ответ: заняты все номера. Ну ок. Вывод: с детьми выбирайте другой отель. Питание: завтрак. Ничего изощренного.Яичница, рис, лапша, сосиски, салаты, тосты, кофе.Скромно и есть можно.Если надоест, сходите позавтракать в кафе рядом, но там тоже самое, только за деньги.)) Сервис , конечно же, тайский.Простыни с пятнами, полотенца на нитки расходятся, песок и пыль под кроватями.))Опять же, цена-качество. Но самый главный минус , ребята, это отвратительный запах канализации в номерах , концентрация в туалетах(нас было три номера и везде был запах), это невероятно зловонно, пахнет не просто туалетом, а не буду говорить чем. Уборка пытается замаскировать запах, не менее жутким, освежителем, но все тщетно...(( Из плюсов: только расположение(7 мин пешком до пляжа) и некоторые люди из персонала.)
