Bra hotell, läget kanon en kort promenad till stranden. Frukosten e väldigt bra, gott å vällagat. Personalen i matsalen super trevliga. Återkommer mer än gärna.

Данный отель мы с женой открыли для себя в 2013 году, и просто в него влюбились. С тех пор, если мы летим в Тайланд, на Карон, то останавливаемся в нём. Нам нравится его расположение, хотя немного далековато до пляжа, но зато все остальное достаточно близко. Рядом ресторан Веранда, где мы обедаем. Мы обычно берём номер с видом на горы, немного дороже, зато спокойно, и ничего не мешает ночному отдыху. Жаль персонал не говорит по русски совсем. Завтраки стандартные, ничего особенного, но и голодными мы не оставались. В общем отель нам нравится. Большие номера, не тесно. Всем хорошего отдыха.

Good location, 10 mins walk to the beach, lots of restaraunt and convenient store around the building. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Had 7 days of joy , food , fun , beach oh and great company. The staff very professional & helpful especially NOI head receptionist always helpful and smiley In general most of the team really nice & warm. I would go back again & also recommend a friend 🌴 The gym gear can improve a bit especially the machine 😃 Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hotel value for money and the EFES restaurant on G/F serves TURKISH & RUSSIAN & MEDITERRANEAN & THAI & VEGETARIAN FOODS.The food is great and the restaurant is comfortable, clean and tidy.

The hotel is a very clean and even has a gym. The rooms are very spacious and has nice view to hills and sea backside. The breakfast fine but the variety of dishes quite limited. There are only few shoulders and the wardrobe has only one shelf, which can be tricky if you travel not alone.

Situated above a Family Mart 24 hour shop and surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars this hotel is in the best location in Karon. The temple and beach are 2 minutes walking distance and Patong is 10 minutes away in a tuk tuk. I stayed here due to the exceptional security for the underground parking..... a must for big bikes. The hotel is kept very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful......

The location is excellent; central to everything and with its own minimart downstairs. I have stayed in Karon many, many times before; including at the Simplitel in 2013. The hotel then was new and was at a premium price. However the stay was far cheaper this time around - possibly due to the downturn in the tourism market - but the level of cleanliness was still excellent. THE STAFF Reception and Cleaning staff were superb. All smiles and professionalism across the board. However, on the second morning I went down for breakfast and was asked my room number, which I duly gave and went to the well-appointed buffet. As I was putting some bread in the toaster, I get manhandled around by the waiter and he shouts, "No! Stop!" "I beg your pardon." He points at my room number on his sheet and it says "RO" - Room Only. I'd thought I'd paid - as I had done for two rooms back in 2013 - for the included breakfast. Oops! "Sorry!" - said in Thai. As I start to walk away, feeling a bit sheepish, an older man comes into the dining room and yells at me from ten feet and getting closer, "Get out! You not pay! No food! Get out!" Now, far from being embarrassed, I'm fuming. How dare he? A simple mistake; I'd already apologised and was walking out. Now I'm red with rage. But still walking and not acknowledging the older man. I live in Thailand and have learned how to keep a "cool heart" as the Thais say. I don't know if I'll stay again. But I definitely won't include breakfast!

Beatiful view on tropic mountin (sholud choose right room, it would cost some more than standard street view); kind stuff; rooms are cleaned up good and every day; nice location: there are different shops (7-11, family mart), pharmacies, restaurant (can advise 'red chopsticks' and 'efes')

We really liked the hotel, it turned out to be very loyal. we arrived early in the morning, at 8 am, we were settled not at 14:00, but upon our arrival. very smiling, kind staff, the hotel is new, renovated, clean, comfortable. I want to note that not in one country where I was, there was no such service. the only thing that upsets, there is no swimming pool, we arrived out of season and the waves are simply huge and blowing down, it’s not possible to swim. our breakfast was prepared after the fact, you can choose from the menu what you want, as a rule it is scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, rice, french fries and so on. Very tasty, we liked everything, there’s nothing to complain about, and the administrator is such a nice, kind guy, that after him the morning is really GOOD !!! there is one small nuance, the rooms do not have a toothbrush and toothpaste, in general, all personal hygiene products, except for soap, shower gel and shampoo. We always took everything for hygiene from home, but this time we decided not to bother and not take it, anyway there is everything there, but it turned out not, but we were not taken aback and went to the market and bought what we needed. the hotel has a gym, pin pong, a library and free computers with internet, wi-fi within walking distance of the market, which is open Tuesday and Friday from 18-24: 00 cafes and bars with live music, the sea 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very pleased in the room by the way there is one Russian channel, this is the "first". free fridge, not a bar, but just a fridge. it is also very convenient, since we never drink from the bar, we have ours, it was very convenient to cool our drinks. to summarize, I really liked everything, convenient and comfortable.
