Hotel Riu Oliva Beach Resort - All Inclusive

A great hotel, expertly managed, with proactive and engaged staff, who always seemed purposeful but never rushed or pressured, which says much about this Companies management, and attitude to staff and customers. The variety and quality of food was excellent, as was it's provision, pretty much all day. Every day, you could see an army of workers cleaning EVERY floor surface around the complex/swimming pools, managing the foliage, clearing glasses and rubbish constantly removed by proactive staff. An unhurried relaxing atmosphere. Direct access to the stunning beach, and the vistas of the surrounding sand dunes and peaks were stunning. One member of bar staff had worked there 24 years - which tells you all you need to know about how this hotel values people, staff and customers alike. Genuinely surprised at the quality of provision and customer service delivery.
