Hotel Riu Oliva Beach Resort - All Inclusive

We love coming to Feurteventura and staying at oliva beach resort. The sand dunes are breathtaking, the only downside is the food is not very good . Don’t get me wrong you won’t starve but it could be better .

Starting with the online booking, the staff at the reception, the one who served us at the restaurant and at the bar everything was at a top level. Including the cleaning staff. And last but not least the kitchen - excellent food. We will definitely come back.

Lovely week at Oliva Beach, we had one of the annex rooms which was very spacious and clean. Beds really comfortable and good aircon. Annex pool area was great and sheltered when windy. Such a beautiful location and short journey onto Corralejo. Staff were friendly and attentive. Wide variety of all inclusive drinks. Food was a bit repetitive but plentiful. We liked the Canarian restaurant. All in all it was great value for money and we had a lovely, relaxing time.

Issues with cold water supply on first evening and also for 21hrs middle of the week. Also on our first night my husband pushed the bedroom door shut then looked down and saw there was no handle on the inside and we were trapped in the room. Luckily had our mobile phones in the room, phoned reception and they sent security guard straight to us. He had to climb over the high patio wall, we showed him a photo of a pair of pliers and he went back over the wall and came back with some and opened the door. The matter was dealt with swiftly but the door handle was not fixed the whole week we were there so we kept a shoe in the door just in case! (Room 2141)

The location for the beach is incredible. The hotel is minutes walk onto thrle foreshore of Corralejo and has direct access from the main hotel building. The breakfast was good and the variety was very good amd the public transport access via taxi and Tiadhe Bus was very good despite being right up there.

I attended as an All Inclusive - Solo Traveller for 4 nights. Upon my arrival at 20:00hrs/PM on the first night having been up since 05:00Am was tired and hungry. Upon check in I learned you required to request a reservation for one or any of the four on-site restaurants for dinner. So I missed the first night. Due to the location, the nearest eatery is ten minutes away in a taxi to Corralejo Centre. As an All Inclusive customer, I don't understand why you would need a reservation for dinner only, as it's All Inclusive... As a result this put me off. I wasn't very sure of the set up so I ate out. I only benefited from Breakfast on an All Inclusive package. The main hotel building is what you expect when booking but the hotel utilise the outer apartment/flats on their land which was unexpected, but not overly an issue. I infact begun to like this.

Creo que a nivel instalaciones se podría mejorar alguna cosa pero es verdad que se suple con otras como la amabilidad.
