Sharamore House

I developed a medical emergency while staying a Sharamore. John and Susan went above and beyond to help me obtain an appointment with a doctor, took me to the office so I didn't have to "look" for it and welcomed me back into their home to help me arrange my trip back to the states. They were both so helpful!

Very helpful with our late arrival (we got caught up in the scenic drive). The room was huge and inviting after a long drive. Breakfast was wonderful. Very much enjoyed are very short stay.

very basic, comfortable room, great breakfast, a lot to see in close proximity to the B&B. Very nice, well informed host.

Sue was a great host and made a lovely breakfast. Very helpful... Give yourself plenty of time as it can be a little hard to locate.

Fabulous food, wonderful hosts (who had great travel advice). Mattress not the most comfortable, and problem with shower seal. Marconi's Restaurant in Clifden was wonderful.

We loved our stay at Sharamore! Great food, friendly family atmosphere, interesting wildlife posters and information in the hallways, and nice rural views from the rooms!

The stay was good value for money. We checked in very late after a long tiring drive, the staff were quite accommodating. There's a nice lakeview at the rear. The only drawback is the noisy water pressure in the bathroom & the hotel location is remote.

A perfect place to stay with a wonderfully clean room. Very welcoming hosts and gave us all the insights of the local area. A short drive to town. Breakfast was fantastic too.
