"A Nice Place With Interesting Decor"

10.0

We enjoyed staying there for 2 nights. The room + bathroom were clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was excellent and satisfying. It is made to order with multiple choices on the menu. Make sure you have the exact location of this B&B on your GPS before you attempt to get there if you aren't a native Irelander.

This was an excellent place to stay for space, food and convenience for visiting Connemara. It was a shart drive on from Clifden and there are good eating and shopping places there.

"Sharamore House"

10.0

Comforter was made of real down and the best we experienced on this trip. The breakfast was delicious. Bedroom was more spacious than most, but the bathroom seemed smaller. Shower drain was slow.

"Excellent B&B very close to Clifden"

10.0

A very comfortable B&B handily located a few metres down the Claddaghduff turn-off on the N59, 5mins north of Clifden heading towards Westport. John and Sue are very helpful with local knowledge, hints and tips. Can even sell you reduced price tix for Inishbofin ferry and Kylemore Abbey! John is an expert deep sea fisherman and Sue dishes up some lovely rhubarb to complement a very comprehensive, appetising and fulfilling breakfast. The scenic Sky Road drive begins (or ends) within 100yds of Sharamore too, recommended for a scoot just before sunset. A great place to stay if you're visiting this area.

"Average no frills"

6.0

It was ok.lt truly is a Bed and Breakfast with nothing else. Breakfast was tasty. The accommodations felt a bit cramped. It felt like staying at a friend of a friend's home that was putting you up for the night.
