Location is very good

Indoor pool even though this should have been booked for our family and friends only we where very disappointed. Not hygienic as other peoples towels and cups were all over the place. Got stuck in the lift and the receptionist (male) wasn’t helpful. Instead of calming the situation as the female receptionist did a lot of drama was going on. Not good value for money, the hotel is not really a five star hotel. A lot of maintenance is required. When compared to local hotels in Malta this is a 3 star hotel.
